When you should not buy this
If you get fewer than about one review a month, $149 is poor value. Monitoring almost nothing costs the same as monitoring plenty. You would be better off spending that money getting more reviews in the first place, and we will tell you that rather than take the subscription.
If you are already replying to every review yourself, within a day, in your own voice, and you do not resent the time, keep doing that. It is genuinely better than anything we would draft.
The people this suits are the ones who mean to reply, know they should, and keep not getting to it.
Questions about the price
No. One call to connect the listings and agree the voice, then the monthly fee starts.
None. Month to month, cancel any time, no exit fee. Your listings and your reply history stay yours.
The $149 covers one business location. Additional locations are less per site — tell us how many and we will price it properly rather than multiplying.
Google always. Then whatever your category actually uses — Facebook, ProductReview, Airtasker, hipages, WOMO, TrueLocal, Healthengine, industry-specific ones. We agree the list on the setup call.
Yes, and we will ring you rather than quietly drafting twenty replies. A cluster of bad reviews in a day is usually a specific event or a co-ordinated attack, and both need a decision from you before anything gets posted.
